Join us for a practical session covering what the law requires, when each obligation takes effect, and how to prepare without slowing innovation.
In this webinar, you will learn:
How the Act classifies AI systems. We'll walk through the four risk tiers (prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, and minimal-risk), how to determine where your tools fall, and whether your organization is a provider or a deployer.
What the timeline looks like now. Compliance deadlines for standalone high-risk systems have moved from August 2, 2026 to December 2, 2027, and for AI embedded in regulated products to August 2, 2028. Transparency duties, such as disclosing AI interactions and labeling AI-generated content, took effect on schedule in August 2026.
